Cameroon ![]() Cameroon is located in the North-West of the Central Africa occupying 475,4 sq.km. The main river of the country is Sanaga. The climate is hot, in the South - wet equatorial, in the North - dry, subequatorial. Average temperatures are 22-28 °C. Dry season does not exist. The nature of the country is varied and sometimes it is named "Diminutive Africa". The flora is also varied with palms, bread tree, iron tree and others. Tropic forests are full of monkeys, various species of birds, lots of snakes and also big royal piton. There are also many buffaloes, rhinoceroses, lions. The population of Cameroon contains 13,1 millions people and represents Bantu language group. The half of inhabitants is of traditional African religions: Islam, Christians.
