Gabon Gabon is a state in the Central Africa. It`s located on the South Cost of Guinea Gulf. It occupies 267,6 sq.km. Equator crosses its territory almost in the middle. The state language is French. The main river is Ogowe. Average temperature is about 26°C. The main part of the country is occupied with equatorial forests. The fauna is variable: elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, leopards, hyenas, monkeys, etc. In rivers there are crocodiles, hippopotamuses. The population counts more than 1.3 million people and basically represented with the Bantu language group. Religion: Christians, - 60%, Heathens - 39%, Muslims - 1%. The capital is Libreville town.
