Malawi




Malawi occupies 118,5 sq.km and is situated in the South-East Africa. It is a member of the British Community. Official languages - English, Chinjandja.

The climate is equatorial with dry winter and damp summer seasons. Animal world of Malawi is typical for the Eastern Africa: elephants, zebras, lions.

The population counts 10,6 million people and belongs to the Bantu language group. Religion: Protestants - 55%, Catholics - 20%, Muslims - 20%, heathens. Monetary unit - kvacha. The capital of the state - Lilongwe.
